Please note we are unable to refund any bespoke or personalised order item(s) unless the item(s) are faulty. Please email us at lisa@lisabea.com to advise us of any faulty returns.

Please ensure all item(s) are returned, unused, in their original packaging. Avoid getting your purchase into contact with make-up, perfume, deodorant, drinks or cigarettes. If there is any sign of wear we will be unable to accept the return.

Unless the item(s) is faulty, you will pay for return postage. If your item(s) are faulty then we will refund your original postage costs. Please email us at enquiries@lisabea.com to advise us of any faulty returns. We advise that item(s) are returned via recorded delivery.

On receipt of the returned item(s), we will issue you a refund within 7 working days and you will receive your refund via the original method of payment.
